We are so excited to share the love of Jesus with children at Hope!
Our children's ministry mission is to “Partner with Parents in order to help our children Know, Love and Serve Jesus.”
We believe that faith sticks in children’s lives when parents are experiencing the life-changing love of Jesus in their own lives and share it with their children. Therefore, all of our programs try to include parent involvement by reinforcing the Biblical teachings at home during the week.
On Sunday mornings we offer the following programs:
Sunday School, 9:30-10:20 am for children ages 3-5th grade.
Children begin together with an opening time of singing, offering and prayer. Then they break into specific age groups to study Bible stories. Parent pages are sent home each week so parents can discuss the Bible story and memorize scripture with their children each week.
Children’s Church, 11:15-11:40 am for children ages 3-2nd grade.
During the 10:30 worship service after communion, children are excused to participate in a time of singing, prayer, a Bible story and a craft. The memory verse for the week is listed in the bulletin so parents memorize scripture with their children each week.
Family Faith Foundation Event- 9:30-10:20 am (The Fourth Sunday of the Month)
Families are invited to the fellowship hall to participate in service events and educational activities to help families practice their faith together.
