The Director of Finance & Support Services has the primary responsibility to manage the day to day and strategic activities of the congregation’s organizational and financial business. This individual is also responsible, under the direction of the Senior Pastor, for guiding direct reports as they seek to translate the vision of Hope Seattle to their daily activities. Facilities Manager - Part-time
Our growing church and school is currently in need of a responsible individual to fill the position of Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the church and school facility operations and grounds, including repairs and maintenance, capital projects, building security, furnishings, and janitorial and grounds keeping to ensure that the campus is clean, safe, in good repair and welcoming for all who come to Hope to be served. Office and Ministry Support Administrator
The Office and Ministry Support Administrator provides administrative duties; manages and produces internal and external communications; and coordinates activities, communication, and tasks across the Hope organization and those that interact with Hope. In these three main areas the Office Administrator must ensure efficient and professional operation of the church office and be able to operate in an environment that is constantly changing while interfacing with multiple personality types and situations.
