Throughout history, God’s people needed to be reminded of His trustworthiness. We need the same reminders today. In the lesson for this Sunday, the disciples find themselves on a boat with one loaf of bread. You can feel their stomachs ache with hunger, ready to be the first to pounce on the bread. But then Jesus interrupts them. Having just experienced the miraculous feeding of the 4,000, they have already forgotten how Jesus provides. Join us this Labor Day Weekend as we are reminded of the promise that Jesus provides.
