When you tell someone about your life, you usually tell it in the form of a story. The truth is that the story of our lives is a compilation of many stories that all come together and even intertwine to form who we are in this moment. Reading the story of our own life and reading it well is important because it’s reality, but reading it through the lens of God’s Word to see it the way he sees it can be life-changing and hope-filling. As we follow Jesus in the work of reading our own stories, we have the opportunity to bring great encouragement to others as we courageously tell our stories from God’s perspective to others.
