Sometimes life is really, blisteringly hard…and when it is, it’s easy to question whether God cares or even knows about what’s going on. In Psalm 22, David cries out to God with similar thoughts and feelings, and Jesus quotes him while he hangs on the cross. Psalm 22 is a beautiful picture of what it looks like to scream at God with full-throated emotion in the midst of suffering while also choosing to trust Him for hope now and forever.
