We all feel alone at some point. We’re bored on the weekend with no friends to see. We walk down a street and no one says hi or smiles at us. We send a text that sends the wrong message and feel shunned. Instead of reaching out to God in our loneliness, we reach for other things that might temporarily connect us but don’t fill our souls.
